The executive Governor of Anambra state Prof. Chukwuma Soludo has congratulated the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Francis Oborevwori on his 60th birthday.
During a birthday celebration held in his honour at the Event Center, Asaba, Soludo in his goodwill message, rejoiced with the Delta State Governor who he described as a friend and neighbor.
Soludo noted he was excited to be in Delta State adding that it was also his second time of visiting the State in recent times. He pointed out that the first time was during the commissioning of the Second Niger Bridge.
The Governor observed that 22 days after Elder Sheriff was sworn in as Governor of Delta State, the people of Delta State and the entire nation have come to honor him on this auspicious occasion of his 60th birthday. He stressed that the twin cities of Asaba and Onitsha is joined by the Second Niger Bridge, saying that he has come to extend a handshake of opportunity.
Soludo wished Oborevwori many more years of bountiful service to Delta and humanity while welcoming him to the club of 60, which he referred to as midlife.
