Soludo Evaluate Civil Servants Conduct, Inspect Minustries, Departments

Governor Chukwuma Soludo has paid as
assessment visit to the Anambra State Secretariat to evaluate employee conduct and dedication.

During the visit on Thursday, aimed to gauge the current attitude toward public service, the Governor engaged directly with staff and inspected various Minustries and departments.

Addressing the media, Governor Soludo delivered a candid assessment of what he observed on the ground, describing the findings as a mix of “the good, the bad, and the ugly.”

The Governor paid a warm tribute to the “good eggs” within the system—those dedicated civil servants who maintain punctuality and professional integrity, but however struck a stern tone regarding those failing to meet the state’s standards.

Soludo In a clear warning to non-performing staff, asserted that those who do not align with the new vision for the state “will be shipped out,”

The Governor specifically noting that employees who arrive late or exhibit a lack of commitment “will be pinned off,” as the era of lackluster performance is over.

Governor Soludo while stating that his administration has invested quite alot in the secretariat, outlined his vision to build an agile, effective, and efficient civil service capable of delivering high-quality results for Ndi Anambra, hughlighting the deployment of technology, supervision and Evaluation, infrastructure Investment.
