Governor Chukwuma Soludo has nominated Hon. Bervely Ikpeazu Nkemdiche and Okafor Izuchukwu Moses for the post of commissioners to serve in Anambra State government.
Governor Soludo in a letter addressed to the Anambra state house of assembly demanded for comfirmation of the two nominees.
Anambra Assembly Speaker Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze at plenary on Wednesday read out the letter to the lawmakers.
Part of the letter reads; “You are kindly requested to present the nominnees to the honourable house for consideration and confirmation as appropriate”.
Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze after reading the message to the lawmakers, referred the message to the house screening committee chaired by the deputy speaker Rt. Hon. Chukwuma Okoye.
The Speaker urged the committee to report back to the house on the next adjurned date.Â
