President Tinubu assented to his 3rd Bill as President, the “Student Loan (Access to Higher Education) Bill.”
It is therefore now an Act of Parliament sponsored by outgoing Speaker of the House of Representatives / incoming COS, Rep. Femi Gbajabiamila
I was pleased, today, to have signed into law, the Access to Higher Education Act which provides interest-free loans to deserving students across the country who wish to further their education in tertiary institutions.
