The Press Secretary to Governor Chukwuma Soludo, Mr. Christian Aburime, who stated this in a statement titled “Soludo: Transforming justice dispensation with technological innovation in Anambra State”, said the move will revolutionize the justice system and ensure timely and efficient resolution of criminal cases for the benefit of all Ndi Anambra.
* The National Broadcasting Commission ( NBC) has scored the FM Radio of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State, very high in broadcasting ethics. The Enugu Zonal Director of the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC), Mrs Ijeoma Theo-Obodo unveiled the report card in her speech at the 15th Anniversary of the campus community radio station. UNIZIK FM 94.1 campus community radio owned by Nnamdi Azikiwe University was licensed by the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) on the 8th February, 2007, started test transmission on 27th April, 2008.
* The Acting National Leader of Ohaneze Ndigbo Youth Wing worldwide, Maazi Chukwuma Okpalezeukwu has called for a non-kinetic approach on the ongoing efforts to end insecurity and restore a lasting peace to the southeast region of the country. This celebration according to the Commissioner for Culture, Tourism and Entertainment, Comrade Don Onyenji, is the first of its kind since creation of the state and it would be a celebration of the cultural heritage of Anambra people.
* Archbishop of Onitsha, His Grace, Most Rev. Valerian Maduka Okeke has celebrated his 70th birthday with inmates at the Nigerian Correctional Service Medium Security Custodial Center Onitsha, Anambra state. In a homily, the celebrant, noted that gratitude to God is the greatest sacrifice to offer. ANN reports that the Archbishop has made many philanthropic gestures at the center, including rehabilitating a borehole that supplies water to all the cells, renovating the prison cells, and establishing a skill acquisition program where inmates can learn various skills.
* The Anglican Bishop of Aguata Diocese, Rt Rev Samuel Ezeofor, has described fathers as the first stewards of God. In a sermon at Saint James Anglican Church Enugwu-Abo Ufuma in Orumba North Local Government Area during a service to mark the 2023 Aguata Diocesan Christian Men’s fellowship conference, Bishop Ezeofor charged Christian fathers to be alive to their responsibilities as the first stewards of God, reminding them of the need to use their position in bringing the needed transformation in the society.
* The Anambra State Government through the Chairman Post Primary Schools Service Commission, Awka, Prof Nkechi Ikediugwu, has issued a letter of authority to the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Anambra State Directorate to embark on State wide re-orientation programme in public schools across the state. The Anambra State Director of the Agency Sir Joseph Uchendu made the disclosure in his office at the Federal Secretariat, Awka, while addressing the Community Mobilization and Orientation Officers of the Agency drawn from the twenty-one Local Government Areas of the state.

* The traditional ruler of Onitsha Kingdom, HRM Igwe Alfred Nnaemeka Achebe, Obi of Onitsha, has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led federal government to suggest another alternative ways of ameliorating the hardship Nigerians are currently passing through across the country as a result of the fuel subsidy removal. He noted that the removal of the subsidy has deepened the hardship in Nigeria.
