The Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze says Governor Chukwuma Soludo has continued to justify the mandate given to him by Ndi Anambra through massive development of all sectors of the State economy as well as well-being of the people.
Felicitating Governor Soludo on behalf of the State Legislature as he marks his 64th birthday, Rt. Hon. Udeze through a statement signed by Mr. Emma Madu,

expressed satisfaction that Governor Soludo’s purposeful administration has placed Anambra State on a high pedestal in the midst of other states in the country, evident in the recent States Fiscal Development Transparency League Table where Anambra emerged number one out of the thirty six States of the federation.
The Speaker who stated that the State Legislature’s resolve to continue to accord necessary support to Governor Soludo’s administration was predicated on the Governor’s unprecedented achievements in the State, lauded him for running a transparent, purposeful and inclusive government where the citizenry are not in doubt of his genuine actions and development initiatives.
He maintained that Governor Soludo has brought his wealth of experience in public service to bear in establishing meaningful development in the State in areas of improved security architecture, heath, agriculture, employment, housing and urban regeneration, massive road infrastructure, youth empowerments and human development among others, adding that his prudent management of the State resources made him not to access the loan facility approved for him by the State Legislature,yet he has continued to perform exceedingly well in all fronts especially in capital projects delivery without borrowing money.
Rt. Hon. Udeze used the grounds of Governor Soludo’s birthday celebration to appeal to politicians in the state irrespective of their party affiliations to generate more support for the Governor to enable him continue his good governance in the State.
While wishing Governor Soludo who was former economic adviser to former President Olusegun Obasanjo and former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria more fruitful years ahead,the Speaker prayed God to continue to strengthen him in all ramifications.
