Udeze Mourns Former Anambra Assembly Deputy Speaker, Oseke

The Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze has described the death Sir Harford Oseke as a shock to the legislative institution

Angel Network News (ANN) reports that late Rt. Hon. Harford Oseke was the Deputy Speaker of the 6th Anambra Assembly and the member who represented Awka South two Constituency.

In his condolence message, Rt. Hon. Udeze noted that the late Deputy Speaker was able to give a good account of his stewardship especially in his political career where he empowered a lot of people in addition to constructing numerous constituency projects. 

The Speaker who recollected in an emotion-laden voice the late Rt. Hon. Oseke’s peaceful disposition, humane nature, philanthropy, legislative prowess and conviviality, stressed that his community Umuawulu, Awka South LGA, State House of Assembly, Anambra and Nigeria at large have lost one of the finest politicians.

The Speaker while commiserating with the immediate family of the late former Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon. Harford Oseke, charged them to uphold the good qualities of their husband and father especially his excellent service to God and humanity as a devout Christian.

He prayed God to grant his soul eternal rest.
