I am telling that the reason that mama Emeka has a stiff waist is because she has stopped making time for a jiggle wiggle that could last all night.
She is in the kitchen and the bathroom being a mother and a wife. And many of them miss those times. They wish to have them back.
I see it in my wife’s eyes. And I know you will see the same in yours. If you look hard enough. And I say, these women, having fulfilled and still fulfilling their wifely and motherly duties, deserve a time out from time to time to just boogie.
After what I saw this evening while hunting for weekend special material, I have been convinced that these cougars deserve to also have some fun.
Our ancestors made provision for these regular dance exercises by ensuring that their traditions, religion and culture were all about celebrations round the year. If Okafor is not giving his chi a goat, Mgborie will be doing obi umuazi at so so river side.
And there used to be songs composed and danced to, at all these celebrations. And of course they used to be so melodious that with the une, Udu, ichaka, our women and men regardless of their age group help themselves out to some extreme dance exercise. And you could see 60 year olds making babies and going to the farm comfortably then.
We can bring back those time for our women by letting them join clubs of women that hang out and just dance away their stress. Once in a while, let her have some girls night out. Don’t accompany her. Don’t call her every minute to check up on her. Stay off her hair and let her just breathe and feel some respite from time to time. This will greatly enhance the health of you relationship trust me. When you show your spouse trust, he or she would be trust worthy. Take that to the bank. Besides, that’s another person, a woman, your helper…
Check out this beautiful dance display of a certain female group on a Saturday evening at a certain nice hang out in Anambra State. I really enjoyed their energy and could feel the whole stress of being who they are expected to be leave their bodies, at least for that moment.
