We’re Fully Ready To Welcome Soludo In Okpoko: APGA Chieftain Declares

A former House of Assembly aspirant for Ogbaru Constituency 1 Hon. Stephen Nnaemezie has declared his group’s readiness to give governor Chukwuma Soludo a grand reception.

Speaking with journalists in Onitsha, as Ogbaru Local Government Area prepares to host Prof. Soludo on his campaign tour,
Nnaemezie said the Governor accompanied by his deputy, Dr. Onyekachi Ibezim, and other All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) dignitaries, will visit Ogbaru Constituencies 1 and 2 on Friday, October 24, 2025, as part of his re-election campaign.

According to the APGA stalwart, Soludo will first stop at Ogbaru Constituency 2 before proceeding to Okpoko, which falls under Constituency 1.

Describing the visit as a “homecoming,” Nnaemezie reaffirmed his commitment and that of his group to mobilize massive support for Soludo.

“We are not only receiving the Solution Governor in Okpoko as a leader of vision and action but as a Messiah of Okpoko Community. I have arranged my group in a way that Soludo will understand that I, Ohamadike, have the capacity to deliver him singlehandedly,” he stated.

Angel Network News (ANN) reports that
Nnaemezie who is the Director of Contact and Mobilization for the Ogbaru Local Government APGA Solidarity Movement, expressed confidence that Soludo would emerge victorious in the November 8 governorship election.

“Governor Soludo’s visit to our local government is a testament to his dedication to the people of Okpoko. His outstanding performance has brought tremendous development to our community and Anambra State at large. It will be a great joy to welcome and honour him again in Okpoko, now known as New Heaven—thanks to the governor’s transformation efforts,” Nnaemezie said.

While commending Soludo’s achievements in infrastructure, healthcare, education, and security, Nnaemezie noted that the governor’s commitment to good governance has earned him the admiration and respect of the people, who fondly call him “Oluatuegwu.”

“On behalf of myself, my group, and the good people of Ogbaru Constituencies 1 and 2, we look forward to your visit, sir, and are eager to hear your plans for our people,” the prominent stakeholder in Okpoko concluded.
