Mrs. Blessing Chioma Nweke who was on Tuesday set ablaze by her husband Mr. Sunday Obiozor Nwaka after a family disagreement has died on Wednesday morning in Abagana, Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State.

Mrs. Nwaka wriggling on the ground with burns and cursing her husband for his actions.
Sources said Mr. Nwaka had accused his wife of being wayward and flirting with other men, an allegation that sparked off an argument between them.
Angel Network News (ANN) gathered that
the couple with five children, who were living in Jos, Plateau State, recently relocate to Abagana. The argument raged, the man quickly poured fuel on her, setting her ablaze.
Meanwhile, Police authorities in Anambra State have confirmed that the woman who was rushed to the hospital same day had died on Wednesday morning.
Reacting, spokesperson of Anambra State Police command, SP Tochukwu Ikenga said that her husband had also been arrested, and that investigation into the matter has commenced.
“We are aware of the matter, but it is sad to announce to you that the woman just died this morning while receiving medical attention. Her husband has also been arrested and investigation has commenced.
” The Commissioner of Police CP Nnaghe Obono Itam has directed that the case be transferred to the homicide unit for comprehensive look”. Ikenga said.
