The Famation Movement Worldwide have stated that Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s administration only needs reinforcements for continued delivery of good governance and not associating with failure.
The group national leader, Hon Afamefuna Ezenwafor made the assertion on 24th Sept, 2025, shortly after the groups stakeholders meeting where they unanimously endorsed Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo as their preferred choice od candidate come November 8th election in Anambra.
Hon Ezenwafor, disclosed that Afamation movement is an ideological movement that believes in leaving society better than the way we met it. “We believe so much in society and the people. We have looked at what is happening in Anambra today, the Governor is simply a transformer. He has been transforming Anambra from the nooks and crannies of the state. From Awka to Ekwulobia, from Nkwo Agulu to Nnobi to Nnewi Okija, you can see the dualisation”.
“So you can see that Professor Charles Soludo has a concept to bring Anambra together and in terms of education, health, youth empowerment, employment, just to mention a few, he is doing well. Soludo needs another year to consolidate his achievements, infrastructures, and plans for Anambra, so we are supporting him and will vote for his re-election. We believe his second tenure will make Anambra a destination tourism and attraction centre”.
Ezenwafor noted that the groups’ conclave have come together after a brainstorming session and concluded that Prof Soludo remain the best and for what he is doing and about to do, he is the best to beat among all. “The decision-making body has decided that Professor Chukwuma Soludo have been endorsed as their rightful choice for come November 8th gubernatorial election in Anambra state”.
Earlier in his remark, National Coordinator Afamation movement, Comrade Uche Azike aligned that the Afamation movement unanimously adopted Professor Charles Soludo as the preferred candidate for the November 8th election. “We are solidly behind him because of his performances. There is no community in Anambra today that has not recorded tangible projects from Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo. He is a leader in deed and an indefatigable one. That is why we are gathered today to adopt him as our preferred candidate”.
Comrade Azike, however, pleaded with members of the Afamation Movement to key into the programme to support the professor for his second term bid so he can be able to accomplish the good work he started. Filing questions from newsmen on the political differences and ideology of the members, the President General and Director of Strategy and Research Afamation movement, Comrade Nnamdi Okeke maintained that Afamation is a movement with different socio-political members but has a unique core value and objective which is good governance and promoting the welfare of members. We have assessed the performance of the Governor and scored it high, there is no division against it, we are looking at our vision and the result we arrived at has given us the boldness to support him.
