It’s was a moment of joy and double celebration for the family of Hon. Emma Nwafor, the member representing the good people of Orumba South in the state house of assembly as he Dedicates his son with thanksgiving for his election victory in the 2023 general election.
The ceremony which began with a holy mass in St. Mary’s Catholic Church Ezira attracted many great sons and daughters of Orumba South, honourable members of the state house, stakeholders and APGA faithfuls.
Speaking in a homily, Rev. Father Victor Okoli from Umunze centered his message on love and faithfulness to God as one of the key service expected of a christian. He charged members to strive to live in peace emulating the prayerful and good nature of Christ in all their dealings in order to be successful and make heaven at the end.
In a goodwill message, the member representing the good people of Aguata two in the state house, Hon. Anthony Mobilke and the member representing ogbaru one in the state house of assembly, Hon. Nobel Igwe thank God for the life of Hon. Nwafor and pray for good health and more blessings on his family eulogies Hon. Nwafor and advise him to focus on effective representation affirming that the 8 assembly together with the judiciary will work with the governor to achieve the vision of a peaceful, livable and prosperous homeland.
He added that the 8th assembly to work with Gov Soludo to take Anambra to a great height.
In their separate remarks, the former member representing Dunukofia constituency in the state house of assembly, Hon. Lawrence Ezeudu and the APGA State Assistant Organizing Secretary, Hon. Ikechukwu Okoli Iykon and SSA to the government on polical matters, Hon. Elochukwu Raphael reaffirmed their confidence on the capacity and confidence on Hon. Nwafor represent well and pray for God to continue to bless and favour his family.
They further stated that the Prof. Chukwuma Soludo led administration is doing very well affirming their strong resolve that he will be successful on his “destructive change agenda” with the support of honourable members like Engr. Emma Nwafor in the state house.
Appreciating, the member representing Orumba South, Hon. Engr. Emma Nwafor while expressing his gratitude stated it’s one of the greatest moments of his life. Thanking God for the gift of his triplets he commended his wife for her confidence, trust and support stating that his family can never forget the double embarrassing blessings in a hurry.
While commending the governor, Engr. Nwafor affirmed that together with the synergy between the legislative, the judiciary and the executive, he is optimistic that the government of Gov. Soludo will perform tremedously well and gave the assurance on delivery on campaign promises to Ndi Orumba South.
