Police Decorate Newly Promoted ACPs In Anambra

The Assistant Inspector-General of Police Zone 13 Ukpo, AIG Godwin Ndidi Aghaulor have decorated five Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP).

Aghaulor, alongside the Deputy Commissioner of Zonal CID, Ukpo, DCP Shauibu Sani Mnis, with other top officers from the Zonal Management Team, withnessed the decoration.

AIG Aghaulor in his speech, congratulated the newly promoted officers and urged them to redouble their efforts in ensuring the efficient delivery of the Nigeria Police Force’s mandate.

Angel Network News (ANN) reports that
in a statement issued by the Zonal Public Relations Officer at Zone 13 Headquarters, Ukpo, CSP. Ihunwo Josephine, the decorated officers, were those recommended for promotion by the Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, to the Police Service Commission (PSC) for approval.

They were promoted from the rank of Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) to the substantive rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police.

The promoted officers are; ACP Prince Ugochukwu Ezejiofor (O/C Zonal Special Enquiry Bureau, ZSEB, Zone 13 Ukpo), ACP Celestine Tochukwu Umeh (O/C SID, Anambra State Command), ACP Judu Nwabugwu Ohaja (AC SCID, Awka), ACP Elha Clever C. (DPO, Ogui Enugu Command), and ACP Oshiobugie Jafaru Emoefe (CFO, Anambra Police Command).

In there separate remarks, the promoted officers expressing their gratitude to the IGP, the Force leadership, and the leadership of the PSC. They assured the AIG of their commitment to their new roles and a continued effort in the discharge of their official duties.
