Bubendorff Grammar School ‘Adazi-Nnukwu’ Wins Anaocha Solution Championship

Anaocha Solution Championship for Secondary Schools has ended with Bubendorff Memorial Grammar School, Adazi-Nnukwu defeating Flora Azikiwe Memorial Secondary School, Neni with 2 goals to nothing in male category of football match.

Angel Network News (ANN) reports that
Anaocha Local Government Chairman, Hon. Romanus Ibekwe, in his address at Bubendorff Grammar School field Adazi-Nnukwu, venue of the final match and other sporting events, noted that the championship was to showcase the commitment of his administration to uniting students, discovering and nurturing their talents in sports.

The Mayor urged participants to take advantage of opportunities in sports for their own good and that of the larger society, just as he thanked Governor Chukwuma Soludo for supporting sports development in the area.

In his remark, the Director of Sports, Anambra State Sports Development Commission, Hon. Emeka Obidimma,
expressed delight over Ibekwe’s passion for sports.

Obidimma restated that sports and education go together, adding that budding talents in the area will be picked for further engagements in sports.
