A medical facility has denied authoring a viral document alleging a “mid-term home detox report” on Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, calling the circulating post unauthorized.
Serenity Royale Hospital, in a formal disclaimer dated November 13, said its attention was drawn to an online report shared in its name and purportedly containing confidential medical details about “Mrs Nwoko Regina.”
“We wish to state clearly that the publication and circulation of the said post containing classified information did not emanate from us,” the management said in the notice. The hospital urged the public to “disregard same.”
The statement emphasized that the institution maintains strict ethical standards and does not release private medical information. “We remain committed to high standard medical practice with huge commitment to ensuring medical confidentiality,” the management added.
The disclaimer comes amid heated public exchanges between Regina Daniels, her husband Ned Nwoko, and co-wife Laila Charani, with allegations and counter-allegations drawing intense scrutiny across social media.
Serenity Royal Hospital has now publicly disowned and debunked the trending “mid-term home detox report” which claimed Senator Ned Nwoko’s estranged wife, Regina Daniels tested positive for cocaine.
