Actress Regina Daniels said more than 900 women contacted her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, offering to marry him after news of their separation became public.
In a statement shared on social media, Daniels expressed surprise at the volume of messages, noting the contrast with online criticism directed at the couple.
“More than 900 women wrote to my husband after they heard Me and Ned Nwoko had separated. Many said they where ready to marry him and be in my position.. it’s quite surprising with all the insults online, then rush to my husband inbox asking if he needs another wife,” she said.
Daniels, who has been in the public eye amid reports of marital difficulties with the Delta State lawmaker, highlighted what she described as an unexpected reaction from some members of the public.
