Anambra State Governor, Chief Willie Obiano today, 10th February, 2022, joined the Catholic community in the state at the installation ceremony of the new Bishop of Nnewi Catholic Diocese, Most Reverend Jonas-Benson Okoye.
The event held at Our Lady of Assumption Cathedral, Nnewi, attracted a retinue of Bishops from within and outside the state, including the Metropolitan Archbishop of Onitsha Ecclesiastical Province the Most Reverend Valerian Okeke.
Also present were the Governor-Elect, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, Ozukmpu Victor Oye, among others.
