Bob Manuel Gives Reasons Behind Anambra Season 2 Talent Show

…Talent show starts November 27. Grand finally to be held December 18th

Special Adviser to Anambra Governor on Entertainment, Leisure and Tourism Mr. Bob Manuela Udokwu says the reason behind the ‘Anambra Talent Show’ season two (2) is to creat more platforms for people with creative instincts, abilities and talents to excel. 

Mr. Udokwu made these statement in an interview with newsmen after the talent show in Awka on Friday November 4th. 

In his words; This talent show is also giving impetus by the governor of Anambra state Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo whose vision for young people is to engage and empower the youths by keeping them busy positively. 

“There’s also an on-going one youths two skills program by the ministry of youths. When you realize that the youths are the future of any society, you give them a sense of direction. 

“These platform was created to assist those who have talent achieve there dreams and useful through using there talent to make the society a better place.

“Anambra state has alot of people in entertainment and they are all excelling. We hope that these grows bigger, better with more participants. 

“Being part of today’s government as Special Adviser to Anambra Governor on entertainment, leisure, tourism, it is a dream come true. Prof. Soludo is intereasted in developing the creative economy and industry.

” Governor Soludo is building a muiti-billion naira film pack in Agulu lake. The first of its kind anywhere in Africa when completed. We are going to have real tipical African village there where some of the things will be brought back.

“Our society has gone down. The wrong attitude is being emulated more. The values that we grow up knowing is no more there. We need to bring back those values which the society was known for back then. 

“From 27th of November, the contestants chosen from the audition will go into the house. It’s an online in-house talent show but they are not going to be in-house all through the show till the 18th of December because most of them are students and some are workers. Soo, they will come into the house in the evening of fridays and on Saturdays they will be mentored and while on Sunday, they will perform. 

“We have four in-house judges who will grade them and vowers online will vote after which the results will be collected and eviction will commence. This will happen, four weekends untill the 18th of December will we will have the Grand finally where winners from the four catigorries will be announced and prices given to them’.
