Nigeria’s female basketball team, D’Tigress defeated Senegal to win their fourth consecutive title.

The Nigerian side defeated their opponent 84-74 in the final of the 2023 FIBA Women’s Afrobasket tournament.

Led by Coach, Rena Wakama, D’Tigress won the 2017, 2019, 2021 and the latest in the just concluded 2023 edition.
