Super Eagles forward Akor Adams has joined Italian Serie A club Venezia from Sevilla in a transfer worth an initial €16 million, with potential add-ons pushing the total value higher.
The 26-year-old Nigerian international sealed the permanent switch on Wednesday, signing a contract until June 2030 with the newly promoted side.
The deal represents one of Venezia’s biggest signings in its history as the club prepares for life back in Italy’s top flight following promotion.
Adams, who scored 10 goals in 37 appearances for Sevilla since joining in early 2025, expressed enthusiasm about the new chapter.
Sevilla described the outgoing striker as professional and said the funds would help reshape their squad for the upcoming season.
