The staff of Anambra Broadcasting Service, ABS, jubilate as they began receiving the seventy thousands naira minimum wage.
Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, (NUJ) Anambra State Council, Comrade Ngozi Obileri while speaking on the increment, praised Governor Chukwuma for paying the minimum wage.
Comrade Obileri, a staff of the establishment assured that the Labour unions in the station will deliver Governor Soludo in the next guber polls.
Other staff of ABS, Mr. Kenechukwu Chukwudi and Mrs. Eucharia Nwachukwu, acknowledged the hike in food stuff prices and family demands, saying that the increment alert will surely help take care of their need this yuletide.
They appreciated the Governor and the Managing Director of ABS, Mr Chris Molokwu for implementing the minimum wage and the 10% salary increment.

the Labour force under the Anambra state government began receiving the new minimum wage in October following Soludo’s promise to immediately implement the increment.
