The Commissioner of Police, Anambra State Command, CP. Ikioye Orutugu, has commended Police operatives and other security agencies for their dedication, courage, and professionalism during the Yuletide security operations across the State.
The CP through a press statement, noted that the synergy among the Police Command, sister security agencies, and other security stakeholders was instrumental to the peaceful celebration witnessed during the festive season.
Orutugu further appreciated Ndi Anambra for their cooperation, vigilance, and support, noting that effective community partnership remains central to successful policing.
As Anambra State ushers in the new year 2026, CP Orutugu calls on residents to deepen their cooperation with security agencies by providing timely and actionable information. He reassured the public of the Command’s commitment to proactive policing and the protection of lives and property.
