Best Bed Time Habits For Achievers

1. Always brushing your teeth: This helps to reduce the number of food items in your mouth and thereby the tendency for germs to be cultured in your gums and teeth while you sleep.

2. Drink a warm glass of water 5–10 minutes before sleeping:  You could even keep a water bottle near you: This improves metabolism by providing adequate fluid to your body and also

3. Switching off your phone/ laptops/ any digital devices 1 hour before sleeping: This helps to minimise distractions that could make you go to bed late. It also reduces the danger of being electrocuted or exposed to harmful radiation while you sleep.

4. Wishing good night to your family: This improves the sense of comradeship amongst family members and douses all animosity that might have arisen in the course of the day. 

5. Pack your things and bag, for the next day:  It really helps me be relaxed instead of rushing for things at the last minute.

Taking out, your clothes for the next day. So that you ensure they are clean, ironed and yah its easier to choose when you are not in a hurry.

6. Reading 1–2 chapter of a book: This ensures you meet your daily reading target and thereby your sense of accomplishment and knowledge bank.

7. Making a to-do list: This ensures you are ready to start early and organised for the next day.

8. Follow a night time skin regime. Also people having long hair should tie it before sleeping: This is to improve your skin health and ensure that you reduce a tendency for domestic accident while asleep.

9. Reflection, quiet and meditation: These have far reaching psychological effect on you and improves your sleep in no small way. 

10: Forgiving all wrongs: It also helps to make a habit of forgiving yourself and anyone who had flawed in any way during the day. There is no gainsaying the fact that constant heartfelt forgiveness is one of the best mental exercises one can engage in.
