Lady Victoria Obianyo Foundation has rebuild the Nnobi Community Library attracted by a former House of Representatives member, Hon. Charles Odedo as a constituency project and commissioned in 2012
Angel Network News (ANN) gathered that the library went into disuse over the years,
but has been restore it to active use.
In his address, the President General of Nnobi Community, Mr. Dom Okpala, said the library had been dormant over the years and that his leadership, together with partners, was motivated to revive it for public use.
Okpala appealed to the state government to adopt the library and provide staff for its maximum use by Nnobi and neighbouring communities.
In his remarks, the Commissioner for Information, Dr. Law Mefor, appreciated the Nnobi community leadership and the foundation for their noble initiative in restoring the library, emphasizing that education and hard work remain the surest path to sustainable growth for youths, while promising to look into their demands concerning the library and highlighting Governor Soludo’s achievements for Nnobi and the entire state.
In her address, Barr. Chinaza Obianyo of the Lady Victoria Obianyo Foundation said that supporting the refurbishment of the library was a way of giving back to society to promote growth and development, especially for women and children, and urged the government to assist in ensuring the full utilization of the library.

The event climaxed with the official commissioning and inspection of the library.
