Turkish champions Galatasaray have reportedly reduced their asking price for Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen to €65 million following interest from Saudi Pro League club Al Hilal.
According to Turkish outlet Haberler, citing Sky Sports, Al Hilal have contacted the Istanbul side to discuss terms for a potential deal involving the Super Eagles forward.
Osimhen completed a permanent transfer to Galatasaray from Napoli after a successful loan spell. Galatasaray are said to be open to a sale if the €65 million valuation is met.
The final decision would rest with Osimhen, as any move would require the Saudi club to convince him to relocate in addition to agreeing terms with Galatasaray.
Al Hilal are reportedly planning to create squad space by parting ways with Karim Benzema and are expected to accelerate contacts with the striker’s representatives in the coming days.
Osimhen has scored 59 goals in 74 appearances since joining Galatasaray and is expected to lead the club’s push for a third successive Super Lig title if he remains in Turkey.
