The Mayor expressed confidence in Obiefuna’s capacity to contribute meaningfully to the administration, noting that his experience would help translate the administration’s “Idemili South Rising” vision into visible and measurable impact for the people.

Other appointments announced by the Mayor are Hon. Tony Elebo as Special Assistant on Protocol; Hon. Obisieike Okeke as Special Assistant on Security; and Mr. Casmir Obiegbolu as Media Adviser.

The appointments constitute the first major administrative steps of the new administration and signal the commencement of Mayor Ilogbenu’s leadership agenda for Idemili South.

The Mayor had, during his campaign and subsequent engagements with residents, pledged to run an administration focused on consolidating existing achievements while pursuing continuous progress and development across the local government.

With the appointments, the administration is expected to move into the implementation of its programmes and further strengthen its administrative structure.

Ilogbenu congratulated the appointees and wished them a successful and impactful tenure in office.
