Youths in Anambra State have been encouraged to lead the campaign in restoring social values and moral reforms in homes and communities.

Anambra Firstlady Mrs. Mrs Nonye Soludo stated this when she received youths from different organizations in the State at the Governor’s Lodge, Amawbia.
Addressing the youths, Mrs Soludo said that youths can play important functions in making society better, starting from leading the fight against drug use, correcting waywardnes among children and youths, and supporting child raising.
The Governors wife also welcomed the youths’ involvement in her healthy living crusade, pointing out that the need to drive the programme beyond the borders of Anambra State.
Mrs Soludo, who commended the youths for showing support to the crusade and for pushing it in their respective organizations, added that with youths leading the campaign, the results would be greater.
She observed that the whole idea of starting the crusade is to change many unhealthy habits among the people and teach them the techniques of living right in what they eat and how they take care of their body.
ANN gathered that the youths were from different organizations like Ohaneze Youth Wing, Anambra State Association of Town Unions (ASATU), National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
