Governor Chukwuma Soludo has appointed Dr. Anselm Onuorah as Special Adviser, Solution Diary and Documentation Unit (SDDU) and Chief Diarist to the Governor.
Dr. Onuorah, author of Audacity to Transform, is expected to bring his wealth of experience, academic expertise, and administrative knowledge to the Solution Team, with responsibility for documenting and maintaining comprehensive records of the Governor’s activities and key government engagements.
According to the announcement, the Solution Diary and Documentation Unit will serve as the institutional memory bank of the administration, ensuring that government decisions, meetings, policies, and milestones are properly documented and preserved.
The initiative is designed to strengthen governance continuity, accountability, and historical record-keeping in line with the administration’s Solution Agenda.

Dr. Onuorah previously served as Mayor of Anambra East Local Government Area and is expected to leverage his public service experience in his new role.
