# A group, Anambra Patriots for Soludo has expressed assurance on overwhelming victory for Governor Chukwuma Soludo in the upcoming November 8 governorship election in Anambra State.
The group also allayed fears of any federal government interference in the poll, saying President Bola Tinubu’s relationship with Soludo would not allow such to happen.
Speaking during inauguration of Ezioka Ward 4 executives of the group, Coordinator Awka Patriots, Comrade Sunday Nweke, described Anambra as exceptional in the entire Southeast to experience imposition of any candidate.
# The Anambra Government said the rejuvenated Government House will soon be designated a tourist Site, to encourage the residents to visit the edifice.
Dr Onyekachukwu Ibezim, the state’s Deputy Governor, said this when he received some Anambra-born artistes who were on tour of some projects executed by Governor Chukwu Soludo.
Ibezim said Government House, known as Lighthouse, belonged to the people of the state and was open to anyone who wished to visit and appreciate the jinx-breaking project, which would revolutionalise governance service delivery.

Mefor regretted that get rich quick syndrome is trending among the youths now, saying that the likes of Professor Kenneth Dike and Ekenedikichukwu did not make their money through yahoo or kidnapping, and harped on the need for the youths to return to the virtues of Ndi Igbo.

The House made the resolution through a motion sponsored by the lawmaker representing Orumba South Constituency, Hon. Emma Nwafor.
Hon. Nwafor in his submission said pedestrian signals were introduced to control traffic both for pedestrians and vehicles at road intersections for free flow of traffic and safety of road users.

# Anambra State Deputy Governor, Dr. Onyekachi Ibezim has urged Anambra-born artistes and entertainers to use their platforms to showcase the outstanding achievements of Governor Chukwuma Soludo in the state.
Ibezim made the call while hosting renowned flautist Ojadiligbo and Awkuzu-based rapper Slowdog (Nnenna Okechukwu Emmanuel) who visited him at the new Anambra State Government House.

# John Chuma Nwosu, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate for the forthcoming Anambra State gubernatorial election, has received his Certificate of Return alongside his running mate, Chief Sir Dr. Geoffrey Ndubuisi Nwobu.
Ndubuisi Nwobu, a shrewd politician and businessman, is a former State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party( PDP) in Anambra State and also served as Chairman of Awka South Local Government Area.
In his remarks, Nwosu expressed deep humility and gratitude, acknowledging the trust placed in him by the ADC delegates.
