The Transition Committee Chairman of Awka North, Comrade ThankGod Anago has inaugurate Local Government and Ward Executives at the conference hall in Achalla.
The Mayor of Awka North charged every member of the All Progressives Grand Alliances, (APGA) to remain worthy ambassadors of Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s administration in Anambra State.
According to the TC Chairman, Governor Soludo who is the National Leader of the party has initiated countless laudable policies, programmes and projects across communities in the state with great impacts on Ndi Awka North and Ndi Anambra as a whole.
Comrade Anago noted that as much as people of Anambra State are seeing, feeling and appreciating for themselves the giant multi-dimensional strides of the Governor, party members should equally take it as their cardinal mission to continue to spread the message of his good works to all the nooks and crannies of the State.
He particularly called on the newly inaugurated executives of the party at local government and ward levels to show exemplary leadership by being in the forefront of “the Solution is Here” mantra, which has been nothing short of good governance since the inception of the Soludo-led administration in the state.
The Transition Committee Chairman recalled the many completed and ongoing road and flood control projects across the state, employment of 5000 teachers and ongoing recruitment of three thousand others, as well as over three hundred health workers, the free education policy for primary and junior secondary schools in the state, improved security architecture which has made socio-economic activities possible across the state, including the financial support recently given to the mission schools among others.
He promised to offer every necessary and timely support to the new party leaders in the council area to succeed in their assignments so as to continue to make APGA the only visible and acceptable political party in Awka North Local Government Area.
