Executives of South East Electricity Consumers Association (SEECA), Anambra State Chapter led by their Chairman; Comrade Okechukwu Ferdinand Cyril-Nwuche Ph.D, paid a courtesy visit the Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Somtochukwu Udeze at his office in Awka.

Comrade Cyril-Nwuche while speaking said the essence of the visit is to officially invite the Speaker and Members of the 8th Anambra State House of Assembly to the upcoming 1st South East Stakeholders Electricity Summit.
” The Summit is to bring stakeholders (NERC, DisCos and consumers) in the electricity sector together, to interact, evaluate and improve the electricity distribution network in the SouthEast.
“SEECA Anambra Chapter do not support in any way act of vandalism of the properties of EEDC. We also do not support members who bypass meters or electric facilities’. Cyril-Nwuche said
SEECA during the meeting, discussed with the Speaker on ways to synergies and partner with EEDC to ensure Anambra have reliable and uninterrupted power supply.
The Summit scheduled to hold on 28th August 2024 at Prof. Dora Akunyili Centre Awka at 10am prompt is themed “Inadequate Electricity Supply And The Future of Igbo Economy”.
